Three-bedroom apartments are spread over two floors with a 70 sq. m. terrace overlooking the Curonian Lagoon, reserved just for you. 6+2 vacationers can comfortably stay here - a large family or a group of friends.
The apartment has a high-quality Telia internet connection and NETFLIX television, a hairdryer, an ironing board and iron, a robot vacuum cleaner, a washing machine with a dryer, a dishwasher, air conditioners in each room. The apartment is newly renovated, new appliances, new oak parquet.
In the basement of the house there is a steam bath, a jacuzzi and a swimming pool (open from May to September). In the yard - a tennis court for you.
On the first floor - you will be greeted by a spacious living room with a dining room and kitchen area. On cool evenings, you will gather for conversations next to the stove, have breakfast and lunch on the 12 sq. m. balcony. Adjacent are two separate bedrooms with 160 cm wide beds, as well as a bathroom.
On the second floor there is an additional sleeping area, where there are two 140 cm wide beds. There is also a space for the little ones to relax.
From the second floor you will enter a 70 sq. m. terrace reserved exclusively for you. On the terrace you will find a Kamado Bono Grande grill, furniture to spend time at the table to greet the sunrise or accompany the sun in the evenings, two loungers for your relaxation.
Marių Terrace apartments have an individual parking space. If you arrive with several cars, you can park the other cars on Purvynės street next to the apartments.
Along the pine forest paths you will reach the Jūra in 15 minutes, the center of Nida in 10 minutes, and just a few minutes - the Curonian Lagoon or a fresh smoked fish shop.
